 There are several impressive CRM as known as Customer Relationship Management systems out there. From my side as a owner of small business I will provide and explain some of Customer Relationship Management that I ever encountered.


 There are several impressive CRM as known as Customer Relationship Management systems out there. From my side as a owner of small business I will provide and explain some of Customer Relationship Management that I ever encountered. Customer friendly  :  My restaurant provides customer friendly. For example, the menu that customers can customize their burger. So, they can really choose what they want to eat. Moreover, this action can defend some faults such as the kids that can not eat something spicy or some people that do not prefer to eat vegetables.
 

Feedback :   My restaurant like to get feedback from customers but I have to increase my sales to. So, me and my brother provide an promotion like “if the customer buy our burger and review it on our facebook page they can get 5 Baht discount  and I also provide a combo set that have 1 burger and 1 French fries
