My E- commerce online experience.

 My E-commerce experience, E-commerce is the company that buy and sell goods and also services through the internet. I have to say that I do love to shopping online since I was young  because it is easiest way to buy something  However, I have few bad and good experience with online shopping.


Negative  experience 



Customer service issues :  if order something on online marketplace, you have to know that sometimes there will have something wrong about your order. According to my experience,  I have bough a cat’s food  on Shopee application. I spend around 2k baht for my babies’s food but the seller is incomplete item delivered. Moreover, they send me a wrong item.So, I have to contact them and told them there is something wrong about my order. They said they will refund me back for incomplete delivery item but for the wrong one they said the ingredients is the same as item that I have ordered. So, they will not change or refund about it.




Security issues : if you want to purchase something on online marketplace, you have to inform your personal information such as ID card , Credit or Debit card  on the website. So, it is easier to access in our information and it will be not save to us  that enable to increase a risk to hacking  our personal data. Moreover they can know our hometown on locations that we live
 by the place that we fill in the delivery details .According from my experience, I Have you ever had money deducted from your debit card without knowing the origin? And today we still don‘t know where the money came from or where it went.

Positive  


Convenient : shopping online is easiest way to purchase items and after purchase you just wait for your order at your place.Moreover, I do not have to drive a car and find the parking lot. From my experience, I have to find the parking lot for 1 and half hours at shopping mall on the weekend. It is terrified me. For me, the longest time I’ve been waiting for my orders is around 5 days because it’s shipped from China by cargo but for domestic delivery is about 2-3 days only. For me it is not too long to wait.

Saver : According to my experience, online shopping is cheaper than shopping mall because don’t have to pay for the item that add location fee to the price and also parking fees, car fuel that we have to pay .Moreover, in seller part i don’t have to rent the place for open shop and spend money to decorate the store i just sign in on the online marketplace to sell the item

In summary, even buyer or seller can face with good and bad experiences. According from my experience, Start with bad experiences; I have been face with the bad customer service and security issues. However, not all store that have a bad customer service. About my good experience, i have learned that online shopping is more convenient and saver than face to face shopping
